Firstly I have to apologize for the lack of blogging. So here is one to hopefully get you reading again. I haven’t been doing much lately, just finished two big design clients TalkDirectories & BlindNerd. The situation at the start of these two clients was that TalkDirectories wasn’t going that smoothly, editing all the time, very small concepts wanting changed, basically all the nitty gritty stuff a designer hates but I got through it and it all ended up great and I am glad the owners NRLMedia were happy with the end up. Although at the start of designing BlindNerd, everything ran smoothly, previews were being shown to the new owner Mike everyday and wasn’t running through it quite fast until Mike asked for a loan back of $200 to go down to his friends house in another state as one of his friends had passed away. So being generous I gave Mike $200 so that he could pay for things. When he was away for a few days myself and Gary got the project done and was awaiting the return of Mike. When he got back it was haywire. Everyone was complaining about him, calling him a scammer etc all because of something to do with his credit card. It had chargebacked every financial service he had done with people. Unfortunately, I had a claim to chargeback $800+ which I really wasn’t happy about. Up until this day, my Paypal still hasn’t been fixed, but the disputes finish after a fifteen day period so I’m sure thursday is the final day.

I’d just like to add my part that Mike was an cool guy until this happened. He just isn’t responding to his PM’s and believes that his social life etc is more important right now which I respect, but I believe he has to make time to help and deal with HIS problems that are causing people alot of trouble.
